What we collect

We collect the minimum we need to run hrdmoni: your email address (for authentication and communication), usage data (which tools you use and how often), and your savings amount if you choose to enter it in the tracker. That's it.

How we use your data

Your email is used for account access and occasional product updates. Usage data helps us understand which features matter and where things break. Your savings amount is stored locally in your browser and synced to your account if you're signed in — we use it only to power your personal tracker.

Services we use

Supabase — handles authentication and stores your account data. Your password is encrypted and never visible to us.

Stripe — processes payments. We never see or store your card details. Stripe is PCI Level 1 certified.

Resend — delivers our transactional and newsletter emails. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for delivery.

Anthropic Claude — powers our AI features (reframe tool, Q&A agent, briefings). Your inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.

Netlify — hosts the site and runs our serverless functions. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) are collected by Netlify as part of normal hosting.

Umami — privacy-first analytics. Umami does not use cookies, does not track personal data, and does not collect IP addresses. It tells us page view counts, nothing more.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use tracking pixels or invasive analytics. We don't use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or any similar service. The only cookies on this site are for authentication sessions — nothing else.

Data deletion

Want your data removed? Email hello@hrdmoni.com and we'll delete your account and all associated data. We'll confirm when it's done.

Changes to this policy

If we start using new services or collecting new data, we'll update this page and let you know. We'll always keep it honest and readable — no 40-page legal documents.
